1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Aero Logistics OS (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Access to the Platform is invite-only. These terms take effect upon acceptance of your provisioning invitation.
2. Service Description
Aero Logistics OS is a multi-tenant, event-sourced logistics management platform. The Platform provides:
- ›Real-time dispatch engine with sub-second driver assignment
- ›Immutable job lifecycle tracking via append-only event logs
- ›Multi-tenant data isolation via PostgreSQL Row-Level Security
- ›Driver and client progressive web applications
- ›Audit-grade compliance reporting and event replay
3. Access & Provisioning
The Platform operates on an invite-only basis. No self-registration is available. All accounts are provisioned by a Super Admin through secure, single-use invitation links with 24-hour expiry. Users are assigned roles (Admin, Driver, Client) that determine their access scope.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
4. Data Ownership
The Fleet Owner maintains 100% ownership and sovereignty over their operational data. This includes all job records, event logs, expense records, driver activity, and proof of delivery documentation.
Aero Logistics OS acts solely as a data processor. We do not claim any rights, title, or interest in your operational data. We do not monetize, analyze for our benefit, or share your data with third parties.
Upon termination, you may request a full data export. All tenant-scoped data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of termination.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- ›Attempt to bypass tenant isolation or access data belonging to other organizations
- ›Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
- ›Use the Platform for any illegal activity or to transport prohibited goods
- ›Share provisioning links or credentials with unauthorized parties
- ›Attempt to directly access or modify the database outside of provided interfaces
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. The event-sourced architecture ensures zero data loss even during service interruptions — all queued events are processed upon recovery.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aero Logistics OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, data export is available for 30 days, after which all tenant data is permanently deleted.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform dashboard with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
